1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the corporate website operated by HEARTWING MEDIA LTD, Cyprus. They do not govern purchases, family accounts, Sparks, subscriptions or gameplay on Gina, which are subject to the conditions presented on that platform. Please read these terms before using the website and contact us if anything is unclear.

2. Purpose of the website

The site introduces our company, creative world and potential collaboration areas. Content is general information, not an offer to enter a contract, a guarantee of availability or a promise of commercial or educational results. Concepts and illustrations convey our creative direction; individual experiences and features may develop over time. Current platform information should be checked on Gina.
